Campaign for Better Hearing
The Campaign for Better Hearing is a movement created by the Pacific Retail Solutions Group that helps Australians find and receive accessible healthcare through hearing tests and appointed specialists through an online platform.
The campaign also promotes a give back program which pledges a $1 donation for hearing check performed at 400 participating clinics and campaign events. With the money raised, a number of selected recipients will receive a give back gift, which will help provide new hearing devices, on-going pre and post fitting services and access to personalised hearing care experts. Through this initiative, the Campaign for Better Hearing hopes to help many communities across Australia.
Osky provided many services for the campaign, including the development of surveys for data collection, integration/collation of data, API clinic locators, social media feed and design for the website. By working closely with the PRS team, Osky helped ensure good accessibility for clients, call-centre integration and other major services.
